owned and operated by the Grand Chapter of Manitoba, Order of the Eastern Star
whom elect a board of directors to be in charge of the business and maintenance of the
senior citizens apartment
complex and is supported by all the Members of the Grand
Chapter of Manitoba, Order of the Eastern
Star.

The Chalet is for seniors fifty five years of age and over that qualify with reasonable
rates that are
approved by CMHA annually. The suites are a one level living, single
and double ocupancy suites, two activity rooms, emergency suite response, fire alarm
system, personal indoor
mail boxes, a library, shuffle board, pool table and games area, ample parking, Shaw Cable TV, meal programs, community courtyards, park benches,
picnic
tables, one block to a major shopping centre, bus transportation to downtown
city centre and much much more.
